Residential trash and recycling will not be collected on Monday, May 31. Monday moves to Tuesday, June 1, and Tuesday to Wednesday, June 2. View the Collection Schedule to find your pick-up day.


Recycling Collection Centers
The City of Largo operates two 24-hour Recycling Collection Centers. Please note: Electronics and Chemicals are NOT accepted at Collection Centers, visit the Pinellas County Swap Shop for more details. In partnership with Keep Pinellas Beautiful, the City of Largo is excited to launch the Community Composting Program to encourage waste reduction and create a more sustainable Largo. Composting is easy to do and has numerous benefits including reduced greenhouse gas emissions, improved soil health, and reduced fertilizer use. By placing food scraps and other organic materials in your compost bin, you can easily create rich soil to use in your yard or garden.  Watch the video below to learn more.

Yard & Bulky Waste
Yard Waste is collected on your recycling day. Please place items by the curb, at least 3 feet away from all other objects including wires. For more information call 727-587-6760.
