Horizon West Bay

In 2019, the City began efforts to develop a new project downtown that would include City Hall. The current building is no longer suitable due to upcoming costly repairs, lack of resistance to storm damage and flooding, and limitations for projected growth. The Horizon West Bay project is designed as a mixed-use project with retail space, City Hall, and a parking garage. The facility will be located on the northern 400 block of West Bay Drive. We look forward to opening our doors in 2024.
