The Office of Performance & Budget, Team OPB, is excited to help lead organizational change initiatives and provide superior internal services including grant assistance, procurement assistance, sustainability integration and more. Team OPB supports five core areas to help your team achieve your goals. They are strategic planning, budget & procurement, process improvement, performance measurement, and learning & training. Fill out the OPB Project Request form for assistance with any of these initiatives. In addition, Team OPB hosts a growing number of regularly scheduled trainings which can be found through the IT portal.
