Affordable Housing Development Program

The City offers a variety of incentives and financial assistance to developers for both rental and owner-occupied affordable housing. The primary objective of this program is to support the development of affordable housing in a manner that ultimately passes the savings on to the occupant (homeowner or renter) to reduce housing costs.
