Reclaimed Water Service

- Inside City/Outside Sewer District: $12.50/month

Commercial/Industrial/Golf Course - Minimum fee (25,000 gals)
- Inside City Limits: $28/month
- Inside City/Outside Sewer District: $35/month
- Outside City/Outside Sewer District: $35/month
Commercial/Industrial Usage Fee
- Inside City Limits: $1.10 per 1,000 gals
- Inside City/Outside Sewer District: $1.35 per 1,000 gals
- Outside City/Outside Sewer District: $1.35 per 1,000 gals
Golf Course Usage Fee
- Inside City Limits: $0.85 per 1,000 gals
- Inside City/Outside Sewer District: $1.05 per 1,000 gals
- Outside City/Outside Sewer District: $1.05 per 1,000 gals
Drainage (Stormwater) Fees
Drainage fees provide for facilities to collect, transport and improve the quality of storm water runoff, which can be a significant source for pollution of water sources if left unmanaged. For questions regarding drainage fees, call Utility Billing at (727)587-6761.
Residential Customers/Mobile Home Parks (per unit)
- Monthly fee based one 1 ERU: $12.84
- Monthly fees are based on an Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU), which is an impervious surface of 3,000 square feet for an average single family residential dwelling unit.
Customers Commercial/Industrial Customers/High-Density Residential Customers (structures 2 or more stories)
- Monthly fee: $12.84
- Monthly fee charged is a multiple of monthly residential rate, based on amount of impervious surface area on the property
