New sewer (wastewater) rates as of Oct 1, 2022, and 2023. Customers located outside the City limits include a 25% surcharge pursuant to Sec. 180.191, Florida Statute. The miscellaneous rate applies to customers without a water meter and is based on 5,000 gallons of usage per month. Duplex/Triplex category will be combined with single-family category in the new rate structure, because average water consumption is approximately the same. The usage rate is based on the relative share of variable costs for customer types, based on actual flow data.
