WHAT WORK IS BEING DONE?
The applicant, James M. Vernon, Agent and Attorney-In-Fact appointed by owner 2050 DETOX INVESTMENTS, LLC, is requesting a site plan approval to construct a subdivision with 25 single family lots to be located at on the west side of 58th Street N on a tract of land south of 164th Avenue N. The property totals approximately 5.03 acres and was recently approved for a Future Land Use Map Amendment (FLUM20-002) and is designated Residential Low (RL) on the City of Largo Future Land Use Map.
