Contractors must be registered to work in the City of Largo. To register please provide copies of:

Local Business Tax Receipt from the jurisdiction your business is based out of

If anyone other than the license holder will be coming in to pick up or sign for a permit please complete the Contractor Authorization Form. It must be submitted to the Building Division with a notarized signature from the license holder. The authorization may be emailed.
*All contractor registrations expire September 30 in correlation with the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board.
