The City of Largo follows a Commission-Manager form of government, which means that the City Commission hires a City Manager to coordinate all the daily operations of the city. The manager is a non-elected professional, and must be confirmed by the City Commission on an annual basis.
The Administration Department provides coordination and direction for all the City operations of Largo, FL. Norton Craig is the City Manager and Henry Schubert and Michael Staffopoulos are the Assistant City Managers.
